By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any online course, digital product, or educational material provided by Sunshine K9 Training (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms of Use.

1. Educational Purpose Only
All content provided through our online courses is for educational and informational purposes only. Dog training involves living animals with individual temperaments, histories, genetics, and learning abilities. As such, outcomes will vary from dog to dog and household to household.
Purchasing or completing a course does not guarantee specific results, behavior changes, or obedience outcomes.
2. No Guarantees of Results
Dog training success depends heavily on:
Consistency
Timing
Handler skill
Environment
Follow-through by the owner
While our methods are designed to help owners work toward obedience and behavior goals, results are not guaranteed. Progress occurs at different rates, and some dogs may require additional professional support beyond an online course.
3. Owner Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that:
You are solely responsible for your dog’s behavior, safety, and well-being
You are responsible for determining whether the techniques presented are appropriate for your dog
You will use reasonable judgment, caution, and supervision when training your dog
You understand that dog training carries inherent risks, including but not limited to stress, injury, or behavioral escalation if techniques are misapplied.
4. Assumption of Risk
By participating in our courses, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with training, handling, and working with your dog, including risks of injury to yourself, your dog, or others.
Sunshine K9 Training is not responsible or liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of applying the information provided in our courses.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunshine K9 Training shall not be liable for:
Injury, illness, or death of any animal
Injury to any person
Property damage
Behavioral outcomes or lack of progress
This applies whether the claim arises from negligence, misuse of information, or any other cause.
6. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access to course materials:
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks will be issued.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this no-refund policy.
7. Not a Substitute for In-Person or Veterinary Care
Our courses do not replace:
Professional, in-person dog training
Veterinary care
Behavior modification services for severe aggression or safety issues
If your dog presents a serious risk to people or animals, you agree to seek appropriate professional or veterinary assistance.
8. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, text, graphics, and downloads are the intellectual property of Sunshine K9 Training.
You may not:
Share, copy, distribute, or resell course content
Record or reproduce materials for commercial use
Access is granted for personal, non-transferable use only.
9. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to revoke access to our courses without refund if:
Content is shared without permission
Terms are violated
Abusive or inappropriate conduct occurs within course communities
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
